Return & Refund Policy – Printlivo

Overview

At Printlivo, all of our prints and canvases are made to order. Because of this, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

However, your satisfaction is important to us, and we will always make things right if there is an issue with your order.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund.


Lost Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at:

support@printlivo.com

We will investigate and, if necessary, send a replacement or issue a refund.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.

Printlivo is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us, we may offer a reshipment (additional shipping fees may apply).


Cancellations

Orders can't be cancelled after purchase.

As production may have already started, and cancellation may not be possible.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong size or variant selected

  • Minor color differences (due to screen settings)


Refunds (if applicable)

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
